These are the top 3 or 4 supplements recommended for all adults.

For a good source of Omega-3 Fatty Acids I recommend OrthoMega-820 from Ortho Molecular. If you are vegetarian and want to avoid fish oil, I would recommend you get Omega-3 through Chia and Flaxseed. As a word of caution, I never recommend flaxseed oil as it can easily become oxidized and is then detrimental to health.

Vitamin D - I recommend Vitamin D 1000IU from Ortho Molecular. It is always a good idea to check D3 blood levels. I recommend maintaining levels between 60 and 80. I would not recommend supplementing with the 5000IU, unless you blood levels were shown to be low.

Magnesium - I recommend the Magnesium glycerinate from Pure Encapsulations. While almost everyone needs additional Magnesium, again it is always good to have a RBC Magnesium to know exactly what doses are best. If you have not had the test, I would take 4 capsules daily.

Multivitamin - I always recommend getting your vitamins through a healthy diet, but if you are not getting the recommended intake of fruits and vegetables every day, or experiencing health issues, I recommend Alpha Base Premier Packs from Ortho Molecular. As a bonus, it contains OrthoMega so you will not need that separately.
