Return Shipping Charges
Options, Rates and Times
The shipping options, rates and time are determined by the items ordered, your shipping address, available shipping options and order processing time. Upon proceeding to checkout, the shipping methods and rates available for your order and shipping address will be indicated under the ‘Shipping Method’ section, and then confirmed once the order is complete. Our shipping carriers pick up from our facilities Monday through Friday, and, currently, there are no weekend delivery options or international deliveries available. For security reasons, we cannot change the delivery address once your order has been placed and confirmed.
Shipping Promotions
Vitopia may offer shipping promotions for qualifying orders. These orders will have eligibility requirements that must be adhered to at all times.
Order Processing Deadline
For same-day processing and shipping, orders must be placed by 9:00 AM MST, Monday through Friday (except holidays), provided that all items ordered are currently in stock. Any order placed after the deadline, or on the weekend, will ship out the next business day. Special order items or other products that are on backorder may take up to 7 business days before the order ships. Please note: some items shown as available on the website are subject to status change due to manufacturer availability.

The Vitopia Customer Service team will send you an automated shipping confirmation email when we have completed processing and shipping of your order.

Vitopia currently uses the USPS and UPS, which allow us to deliver to the contiguous United States, Alaska and Hawaii, Military Address (APO/FPO/DPO) and U.S. Territories.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Yes. We are honored to make our products available to our service members with APO/FPO/DPO addresses around the world. Note: Due to carrier regulations, certain products cannot be shipped to some locations, including APO/FPO/DPO addresses. This will be messaged during the checkout process if applicable.

Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is confirmed you can easily track its status in your Account page. After your order ships, you'll receive a notification email with a tracking number, so you can check on your shipping status and know when to expect your order.
Why am I unable to ship certain items via 2-day or standard overnight shipping?
Due to Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) safety restrictions, items that contain regulated materials cannot be shipped by air (2-Day, Standard Overnight). This will be messaged during the checkout process if applicable. Among the products with FAA restrictions are

We apologize, but sometimes one or more of the items in your order will not be in stock at the time the order is placed. When this occurs, please rest assured that your credit card will not be charged and your backorder will be cancelled. Also, if a discount code was applied to your order an adjustment will be made accordingly.

Changing the Shipping Address
For Security Reasons: After you have placed the order, we cannot change the delivery address. If a change is necessary, please contact our Customer Service Team at 855-231-1332 for assistance.
Estimated Delivery Date
Our estimated delivery dates are based on several factors, including the destination address, the shipping options you've chosen, and how quickly we can obtain and assemble items for shipment. Special order items or items that become unavailable during processing your order may take up to 7 business days before we're able to ship them to you. Also, orders for multiple items or multiple copies of a single item can take longer to assemble before we're able to ship them to you.
1-7 business days processing + 2-7 business days of transit time = 3-14 business days total to get your stuff.
For example, if your order takes 1-7 business days to ship and you select standard U.S. shipping (which typically takes 2-7 business days), you can use the chart above to determine that your order should arrive 3-14 business days after you place it. Also keep in mind that not all of the items listed on our site are available immediately, so selecting 1-Day or 2-Day Shipping does not necessarily mean your order will arrive in one or two days. Your order will arrive one to two business days following the ship date (there is no weekend pickup or delivery for these expedited shipping options).

If the status is "complete" or "partially shipped," then your order is in the shipping process, but may not have left the warehouse yet. To get more detailed information, check the tracking number for your order.
Holiday Shipping Guide
In order to ensure your Vitopia packages arrive in time for the holidays, please add 10 days to the maximum shipping time.

What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We do not accept personal checks or money orders as payment.
When will my card be charged?
When the order is placed, a hold for the full amount of the order will be placed on your payment method. The payment will be captured, and you will see this reflected on your bank statement once your order is shipped. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to ship due to processing time.
Returns & Exchanges
How do exchanges work?
If, for any reason, you would like to exchange your product for a different one, we'll happily accommodate. Our team will immediately ship out the product you'd like, and give you up to 10 business days to return the product with which you were not satisfied. (Please note: as with returns, exchanges are subject to a restocking fee).

Return ground shipping can take up to 7 business days. After we receive your return, please allow up to 10 business days for the return to be posted to your original method of payment.

- Items must be unopened and in original packaging
- Request for return must be made within 30 days of original receipt.
- Gift cards/certificates are not eligible for return
- Opened or altered returned products will be discarded and no refund or credit will be issued.
- Refrigerated, special orders and probiotics are may not be eligible for return.
- A handling fee of 15% may apply.
When will I get a refund?
Most refunds will be applied within 3-5 days after we receive the returned product. The payment may take up to 10 days to be applied to your original method of payment.
Did any of your products arrive damaged?
Please let us know if your items are lost or damaged. Please keep any damaged boxes, packaging, and products. Damaged products must be reported within 7 days of delivery date.
